Creative Reaction Lab is thrilled to host a series of Reimagining and Redesigning Forums, with our remarkable Founder, President and CEO Antionette Carroll spearheading the discussions as our moderator. These in-depth dialogues promise to be a breeding ground for profound thought exchange, meaningful relationships, and shared inspiration. Our aim is to cultivate a collaborative atmosphere for impassioned advocates of Redesigners for Justice like you, nurtured through stimulating discourse and pooled wisdom.
In these discussions, our focus will be on addressing two fundamental yet pertinent queries that resonate across all our professions and pursuits: (1) Which sectors require a reinvention or redesign to cultivate greater inclusivity, equity, and fairness? (2) Could you share examples of successful implementation of equity, specifically in the context of co-creating a benevolent and civil society? Our dialogue will throw light on the friction and potential justice-rooted opportunities within our immediate communities, sectors, and industries to envisage a society that's just and liberating. As a final point, the insights gleaned from these discussions will fuel the progress and expansion of our emerging umbrella organization: the Institute of Equitable Design and Justice.

ABOUT ANTIONETTE D. CARROLL
Antionette Carroll is the Founder, President and CEO of Creative Reaction Lab and the newly created Institute of Equitable Design and Justice. Within this role, Antionette has pioneered an award-winning form of creative problem solving called Equity-Centered Community Design and a new leadership model called Redesigner for Justice. Antionette is an Aspen Institute Civil Society Fellow, Roddenberry Fellow, Echoing Green Global Fellow, TED Fellow, ADCOLOR Innovator, SXSW Community Service Honoree, Camelback Ventures Fellow, and Essence Magazine Woke 100. Antionette has been featured in several books and dozens of podcasts. Antionette is a civic and equity design coach and international speaker. When she is not working (which as a mom, wife, and entrepreneur usually equals never), she is watching science fiction, action, and anime shows/films, attending her children’s performances and shows, and adding to her shoe, jewelry, clothing, home decor box, etc. collections.
