Created and led by Antionette D. Carroll, one of the originators of the equity design movement, the Equity-Centered Community Design (ECCD): From Awareness to Action Course is a transformational learning experience designed for practitioners, advocates, and institutional leaders who are ready to move from theoretical awareness to embodied action.
In addition to receiving an invitation to the asynchronous ECCD course on December 1, 2025, purchasers of the Live Instruction package will receive over 12 hours of supplemental live group instruction*, a signed ECCD 1.0 field guide (with a complimentary ECCD laptop sticker), and one (1) private 30-minute conversation by the course creator Antionette D. Carroll.
*As an equity organization, the timing and duration of each live session will be co-designed by course participants. We believe in providing people with what they need when they need it, including access to live lessons. Note that the first cohort will begin live instruction in December/January. Other cohorts will be dependent on interest and availability.
